HabtoorLeighton 集团（HLG）与迪拜国际房地产开发商(DIRE)签订了价值14.5亿迪拉姆（3.95亿人民币）的合同。负责建设在迪拜赛义德港的八宝溪综合项目。

Habtoor LeightonGroup (HLG) has landed a AED1.45bn ($395m) contract from Dubai International Real Estate(DIRE) to deliver package eight of its Jewel of the Creek mixed-use project atPort Saeed in Dubai.
The award formsa significant part of the AED3bn ($816m)Jewel of the Creek development, which HLG has worked on since 2012 when it wasappointed to construct and complete the substructure works for four basementlevels and ground floor slabs on the waterside site between Al Maktoum Bridge,Baniyas Road and the Floating Bridge.
HLG CEO andmanaging director, José Antonio López-Monís, said in comments published byConstruction Week Online that the contract with DIRE is of great significanceto HLG.
“We are pleasedto have been selected as DIRE’s contractor of choice, and are proud to continueour partnership with DIRE on this landmark project.
“The HLG team islooking forward to delivering Jewel of the Creek to DIRE’s high standards,”Lopez-Monis added.
HLG’s scope ofworks involves the construction and completion of five hospitality buildingsranging between 15 and 19 floors, featuring a hotel and serviced apartments; aballroom, with an attached café; a marina, including four foot bridges and onevehicular bridge; and hard and soft landscaping works.
